Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Be able to pass a background check
- Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work
- A willingness to learn
- Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds)
- Driver's license preferred, limited non-driver positions available
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning experience helpful but not required
- Ability to learn and follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of customer homes following the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficient and comprehensive cleaning services
- Participate in hands-on training sessions and utilize computer-based learning tools
- Handle light lifting tasks under 15 pounds
- Be on feet for extended periods during cleaning shifts
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards
