Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- able to pass a background check
- good attitude and willingness to learn
- able to stand and lift up to 15 pounds throughout the day
- able to work monday through friday during daytime hours
- driver’s license preferred
- legally authorized to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- good attitude and strong work ethic
- ability to work full-time from 8 am to 5 pm monday through friday
- ability to learn and follow detailed cleaning procedures
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- valid driver’s license preferred
Job Duties
- clean houses thoroughly using the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- participate in computer-based and hands-on training
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
- follow safety guidelines and procedures
- work effectively as part of a team
- communicate professionally with customers and management
- lift light weights and remain on feet during shifts
