Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorization to work in the USA
- Willingness to learn professional cleaning methods
- Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and perform light lifting
- Be a team player with pride in work
- Able to work full-time Monday through Friday
- Spanish-speaking preferred but not required

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning experience a plus but not required
- Ability to learn and apply cleaning techniques
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Clean homes using the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- Follow proper disinfecting procedures using EPA-approved products
- Drive company vehicle to customer locations
- Maintain company uniforms and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and encourage tips
- Participate in training sessions
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment
