Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- ability to pass local and national background checks
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- availability to work Monday through Friday
- willingness to comply with company policies and core values
- basic proficiency in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in residential cleaning or related field is desirable
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- good communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to learn and participate in training sessions
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes using the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- drive safely to client locations and manage time efficiently
- prepare cleaning supplies and equipment before and after jobs
- maintain excellent customer service and communication with clients
- uphold company standards for quality and consistency
- adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- participate in training programs and team meetings as required
