Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Be able to pass a background check
Have a great attitude and be a team player
Take pride in your work
Willingness to learn cleaning procedures
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 pounds
Driver’s license preferred

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt
Basic computer skills for training system

Job Duties

Clean residential homes using the Detail-Clean Rotation System
Follow safety and cleaning protocols
Work collaboratively with team members
Provide exceptional customer service
Handle light lifting and physical tasks
Complete computer-based and hands-on training
Maintain equipment and supplies
