Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Pass a background check
- Have a valid driver’s license and car insurance
- Be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks
- Demonstrate job stability in previous employment
- Be reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday during day shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housecleaning or custodial work is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Good physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Friendly and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Perform thorough housecleaning using the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- Work in teams of two to complete cleaning tasks efficiently
- Drive to client homes safely and follow area routes
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and complete assigned tasks on time
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Promote a positive and friendly atmosphere during work assignments
