Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, standing, and bending
- good communication skills
- commitment to following safety and sanitation procedures
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to hotel standards
- replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms
- report maintenance issues or damages
- clean and maintain hotel common areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and public restrooms
- collect, sort, and transport linens and towels to laundry areas
- ensure an adequate supply of clean linens and towels
- respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously
