Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods
- good communication skills
- attention to detail
- ability to work independently
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize guest rooms according to standards including bed making bathroom cleaning dusting vacuuming and replenishing amenities
- ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies such as towels toiletries and coffee tea supplies
- report maintenance issues or damages to appropriate department
- clean and maintain common areas including hallways lobbies elevators and public restrooms
- collect sort and transport linens and towels to the laundry area
- respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously
- follow all safety and sanitation policies and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
