Job Requirements
- high school education or equivalent
- 1-year previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- knowledge of safe and proper cleaning chemical application
- knowledge of appropriate cleansers for different surfaces
- math and reading skills for handling cleaning chemicals and safety information
- physical ability to move equipment and climb ladders
- ability to work independently and in a team
- attention to detail and physical stamina
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- cleaning offices, restrooms, and common areas
- dusting, mopping, damp wiping, and vacuuming
- following daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
- emptying trash receptacles and transporting waste
- replenishing restroom paper supplies
- maintaining cleaning equipment
- climbing ladders to perform duties
