Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in housekeeping or hotel cleaning preferred
- flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- physical stamina to perform heavy work involving lifting, standing, bending, and climbing stairs
- ability to use cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor buffers
- ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
- good communication skills in English
- ability to work cooperatively with others
- valid authorization to work
- physical capability to meet job demands
- willingness to participate in team meetings and comply with hotel policies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- receive a list of rooms and public spaces to be cleaned during the shift
- complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen cart setup
- utilize both hands to perform cleaning tasks such as changing bed linens and scrubbing
- reach overhead for dusting and cleaning tops of equipment and appliances
- move light furniture to clean underneath
- practice safe use of cleaning agents
- follow all safety practices including use of personal protective equipment
- prepare housekeeping cart for next day use
- remove trash and dirty linen from guest suites
- keep hallways, public areas, and closets clean and vacuumed
- report missing items from rooms to Executive Housekeeper
- use two-way radios, telephones, office equipment, and housekeeping machinery
- ensure proper care and maintenance of housekeeping equipment
- maintain high personal grooming standards and uniform compliance
- maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
- be attentive, courteous, and efficient with guests and staff
- comply with brand safety and hotel operation standards
- establish good communication and teamwork with employees and departments
- exhibit a helpful and willing attitude to guest requests
- communicate with staff to accommodate special guest requests
- participate in meetings, events, and functions as required by management
- be familiar with hotel policies, rules, and terminology
