Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles
- ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- basic understanding of cleaning products and equipment use
- reliability and punctuality
- ability to follow instructions and hotel policies
- good physical condition
- willingness to adhere to safety protocols

Job Duties
- Change bed linen daily
- vacuum carpeting
- dust all furniture including picture frames, bed frames, lamps, TVs, dressers
- remove fingerprints and smudges from mirrors, shiny surfaces, windows
- thoroughly clean bathroom area including shower stall, sink, floor, toilet
- ensure standard room set-up compliance
- report immediately all damage found in a room
- report immediately all missing items in room
- report immediately personal guest items found in vacant rooms and turn in lost and found items to Head Housekeeper or Facilities Manager
- notify Head Housekeeper or Facilities Manager of rollaway or cribs in rooms for pick-up and storage
- take responsibility for pass key and ensure it is turned in daily
- report immediately to Head Housekeeper or Facilities Manager any no luggage, no service needed, sleep outs, extra guests, or anything unusual
- shut off all lights, TVs, and air conditioners when leaving room
- assist housekeeper in additional cleaning chores
- maintain and stock housekeeping carts
- carry trash to dumpsters as required
- log all maintenance related issues on housekeeping sheet per room
- deep clean rooms with head housekeeper and maintenance
- assist head housekeeper with work related issues
- follow all procedures dictated by hotel franchise
- adhere to all training requirements dictated by management and hotel franchise
