Job Duties
- Change bed linen daily
- Vacuum carpeting
- Dust all furniture including picture frames, bed frames, lamps, TVs, dressers
- Remove fingerprints and smudges on mirrors, shiny surfaces, windows
- Thoroughly clean the bathroom area including shower stall, sink, floor, toilet
- Ensure standard room set-up compliance
- Report all damage and missing items immediately
- Report personal guest items found and turn in lost and found items
- Notify management of rollaway or cribs for pick-up and storage
- Manage pass key and ensure it is turned in daily
- Report to management no luggage, no service needed, sleep outs, extra guests, anything unusual
- Shut off all lights, TVs, and air conditioners when leaving rooms
- Assist with additional cleaning chores
- Maintain and stock housekeeping carts
- Carry trash to dumpsters as required
- Log all maintenance issues during room cleaning
- Deep clean rooms with head housekeeper and maintenance
- Assist head housekeeper with work-related issues
- Follow all hotel franchise procedures
- Adhere to all training requirements
