Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently
- good physical condition
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- reliable transportation to work
- willingness to adhere to hotel policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Change bed linen daily
- vacuum carpeting
- dust all furniture including picture frames, bed frames, lamps, TVs, dressers
- remove fingerprints and smudges from mirrors, shiny surfaces, windows
- thoroughly clean bathroom area including shower stall, sink, floor, toilet
- ensure standard room set-up compliance
- report all damage found in rooms immediately
- report missing items in rooms immediately
- report personal guest items found in vacant rooms and turn in all lost and found items
- notify Head Housekeeper or Facilities Manager of rollaway or cribs for pick-up and storage
- take responsibility for pass key and ensure it is turned in daily
- report no luggage, no service needed, sleep outs, extra guests, or anything unusual to Head Housekeeper or Facilities Manager
- shut off all lights, TVs, and air conditioners when leaving rooms
- assist housekeeper in any additional cleaning chores
- maintain and stock housekeeping carts
- carry trash to dumpsters
- log maintenance related issues on housekeeping sheet
- deep clean rooms with Head Housekeeper and maintenance
- assist Head Housekeeper with work related issues
- follow hotel franchise procedures
- adhere to training requirements
