Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety instructions
- Physical ability to perform demanding cleaning tasks
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and OSHA safety standards
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Familiarity with hotel services and procedures
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms and suites to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and service
- Report any maintenance deficiencies promptly
- Handle guests' requests professionally and efficiently
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms and suites
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services to respond accurately to guest inquiries
- Use correct cleaning chemicals according to OSHA regulations and hotel standards
- Keep carts and supply closets clean, neat, and properly stocked
