Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to engage with residents respectfully
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- reliability and punctuality
- ability to work under supervision
- compliance with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- good communication skills
- attention to detail
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- positive attitude and commitment to quality service
Job Duties
- ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for our residents
- engage in prospective resident visits
- clean resident apartment including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, emptying trash, making beds and linen service
- perform personal laundry service where applicable
- maintain cleanliness of entire building
- monitor public restrooms for cleanliness and adequate supplies
- maintain regulatory compliance where applicable
- transport trash and waste to disposal area
- note areas or articles in need of repair and report to assistant director
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or executive director
