Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10th grade education
- ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- experience interacting with residents in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting
- maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines
- must hold active CPR/BLS certification

- maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, and uphold procedures to ensure all staff are trained and in compliance with this policy
- must have active CPR/BLS certification
Job Duties
- Clean sinks, showers, toilets and other fixtures
- stock soap and paper products in bathrooms
- clean and dust surfaces including glass and mirrors
- vacuum carpet and sweep and mop floors
- deep clean resident's rooms and care areas
- infection control
- create and uphold an atmosphere of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, and a calm and cheerful environment
- sort, wash, and dry resident laundry per building policy
- clean all equipment and keep soiled and clean linen areas tidy
- help strip and make resident beds
