- Aptitude for cleanliness
- Ability to read labels and warning signs on chemicals
- Good human relation skills to deal with residents, peers and supervisors
- Ability to exercise good judgment and self-control
- Enthusiasm, good attitude, trustworthiness, personal integrity, and honesty
- Be available to report to work during any inclement weather event for property clean up and emergencies
- Ability to drive a golf cart

- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Good human relation skills to deal with residents, peers and supervisors

Job Duties
- Vacant apartment prep
- Clean all turnovers in a timely manner including appliances, windows, floors, blinds, bathrooms, kitchens, switch plates, and light fixtures
- Perform janitorial duties
- Clean rental office, laundry room, pool restrooms, and other common areas daily
- Assist maintenance staff as directed by Maintenance Supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
