Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
- compliance with company policies and safety guidelines
- physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
- availability to work full-time or part-time
- willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- perform daily housekeeping and laundry activities to ensure excellent customer service
- clean and maintain resident rooms, public areas, restrooms, offices, corridors, and other communal areas
- maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly
- follow company, state, and federal procedures and guidelines
- enhance customer experience through attention to cleanliness
- support a healthy and orderly environment
- report any maintenance issues as needed
