Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles preferred
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills to report hazards and interact with team
- Ability to follow supervisor instructions
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties involving standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching
Job Duties
- Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the models, amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
- Ensures all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
- Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by service manager, community manager and/or assistant manager
- Informs appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others
- Maintains an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and informs the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary
