Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Experience in housekeeping or similar role
- Ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers and the community
- Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Servant heart and passion for hospitality
Job Qualifications
- Know proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, windows, patios, decks, common areas, pressure washing, and special projects as required
- Experience working in a team environment ideally in a hospitality setting
- Experience in housekeeping as a self starter
- Ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers and the community
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
Job Duties
- Share in making our community a beautiful place for our residents to live
- Clean apartments, patios/decks and common area spaces
- Serve a nice community ensuring quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
