Job Duties
- perform planned preventive maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces including mattress turning, inspecting bed frames, vacuuming and stain removal on carpets and upholstery
- maintain and repair guest rooms according to property preventive maintenance standards
- perform minor miscellaneous repairs such as adjusting loose toilet seats, changing bulbs, filling wall holes
- clean all surfaces in guest rooms including bathtubs, tiles, floors, walls, windows, mirrors
- report serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards to manager or supervisor immediately
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
- maintain a professional appearance and ensure confidentiality and asset protection
- assist in moving, lifting, transporting objects weighing up to 50 pounds and help with heavier items
- perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
