Job Duties
- Perform planned preventive maintenance in guest rooms including mattress turning and inspection, bed frame assembly, vacuuming behind and under furniture, removing carpet and upholstery stains, dusting and touch-up painting
- Maintain, repair and clean all guest rooms following the property's preventive maintenance procedures and standards
- Carry out minor miscellaneous repairs such as adjusting loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and filling wall holes
- Conduct general cleaning of all guest room surfaces including bathtubs, tiles, floors, walls, windows, and mirrors
- Report serious maintenance issues, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to management/supervisor
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions
- Greet all guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet their service needs
