- less than 1 year related work experience
- no supervisory experience
- ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
- physical ability to reach bend twist pull stoop and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work full time and onsite
- ability to perform general maintenance and cleaning duties
- good interpersonal skills and guest service orientation

Job Duties
- perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms meeting rooms and public spaces
- flip and inspect mattresses and box springs
- assemble bed frames
- vacuum behind and underneath furniture
- spot clean carpets and upholstery
- dust and touch-up paint and furniture
- replace light fixtures and inspect and repair grout and caulking
- maintain repair and clean all guest rooms according to procedures
- perform minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats changing light bulbs and patching holes in walls
- perform general cleaning of guestroom surfaces including tub wall tile hard floors walls windows and mirrors
- report any serious maintenance problems unusual findings or safety hazards to the manager
- follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals
- move lift carry push pull and place objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- stand sit or walk for extended periods
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested
