Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 6 months of hospital or hotel housekeeping experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends
- Ability to handle housekeeping chemicals safely
- Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and perform full range of motion activities
Job Qualifications
- H.S. diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months of hospital or hotel housekeeping experience preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of working independently
- Able to set priorities and be flexible in assignments
- Able to work around housekeeping chemicals
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and have full range of motion
Job Duties
- Clean assigned area according to procedure to meet established infection control, sanitation and safety guidelines including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, pulling trash, pulling dirty linen, cleaning sinks, commodes, countertops, showers and beds
- Replenish supplies on housekeeping carts or in assigned areas to prepare work area for next service period
- Responsible for keeping all equipment clean and reporting all broken equipment to the supervisor
- Perform other related duties as assigned
