- six months of hospital or hotel housekeeping experience preferred
- good verbal and written communication skills
- capable of working independently
- able to set priorities and be flexible in assignments
- able to work around housekeeping chemicals
- full range of motion and ability to lift 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Clean assigned areas according to procedure to meet established infection control, sanitation and safety guidelines
- sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, pull trash, pull dirty linen, clean sinks, commodes, countertops, showers and beds
- replenish supplies on housekeeping carts or in assigned areas to prepare work area for next service period
- keep all equipment clean and report all broken equipment to the supervisor
- perform other related duties as assigned
