Job Requirements
- completion of 2 years of high school or equivalent
- ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- capability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- willingness to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- no previous cleaning experience necessary
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- provide exceptional guest experience by delivering friendly and courteous service with a positive attitude
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times
