Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- Ability to lift 25 - 35 pounds intermittently during the workday

Job Duties
- Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to standards
- Inspect guest rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing bedding, towels, amenities, or information when requested
- Help with laundry and cleaning public spaces when needed
- Provide friendly, courteous service responding promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a service plus one attitude
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
- Work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays as required
