Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing
- Must be able to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and trustworthy

- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for our residents
- Engage in prospective resident visits
- Clean resident apartment including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, emptying trash, making beds and linen service where applicable
- Responsible for personal laundry service where applicable
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of entire building
- Monitor public restrooms throughout the day for cleanliness and adequate supplies
- Maintain regulatory compliance where applicable
- Transport trash and waste to disposal area
- Note areas or articles in need of repair and report to Assistant Director
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or Executive Director
