Job Duties
- Clean resident rooms and common areas to maintain a high standard of hygiene
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used and stored
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents through compassionate interaction
- Follow established safety protocols and infection control procedures
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities
