Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to work full-time, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- pass criminal background screening
- ability to follow safety protocols and handle cleaning agents safely
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- clean apartments and shared spaces on a regular schedule
- clean and sanitize rooms, organize spaces, manage laundry and linen care, remove trash, stock supplies
- follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning agents
- ensure apartments and community areas are free from hazards and potential risks
- report maintenance issues or repairs promptly
- engage with residents, guests, and team members with friendliness and respect
