Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience with cleaning equipment operation
- ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing
- willingness to work day shifts, including rotating schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- capability to follow safety and regulatory compliance
- ability to participate in training and continuing education
Job Qualifications

- proficiency in operating cleaning equipment
- knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals
- ability to perform heavy physical work
- ability to work in industrial and clinical environments

Job Duties
- perform all cleaning functions in assigned areas to maintain sanitary conditions
- focus cleaning activities on patient care areas, non-patient care areas, and common areas
- operate various cleaning equipment including automatic floor machines, burnishers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaning equipment
- utilize cleaning supplies and chemicals proficiently
- assist with additional duties to support division and hospital goals
- comply with safety and regulatory requirements
- work scheduled shifts including every other weekend and holiday
