Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Ability to read, speak and understand basic English
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to handle physical tasks associated with cleaning
  • Willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in housekeeping within hospitality, commercial, or residential settings preferred
  • Ability to communicate in basic English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols
  • Positive attitude and ability to build rapport with residents and team members
  • Ability to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule

Job Duties

  • Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences
  • Adjust apartment cleaning to meet individual needs and expectations
  • Clean residents’ apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule
  • Perform vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, changing linens, emptying trash, and completing seasonal tasks
  • Conduct deep cleaning after move-outs and prepare vacant apartments for new residents
  • Clean and prepare model apartments and guest suites including sanitizing and restocking supplies
  • Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas organized and clean
  • Use only approved cleaning products and follow PPE safety guidelines
  • Wash, dry, and care for housekeeping linens in a timely manner
