Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Ability to read, speak and understand basic English
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to handle physical tasks associated with cleaning
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in housekeeping within hospitality, commercial, or residential settings preferred
- Ability to communicate in basic English
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols
- Positive attitude and ability to build rapport with residents and team members
- Ability to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule
Job Duties
- Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences
- Adjust apartment cleaning to meet individual needs and expectations
- Clean residents’ apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule
- Perform vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, changing linens, emptying trash, and completing seasonal tasks
- Conduct deep cleaning after move-outs and prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Clean and prepare model apartments and guest suites including sanitizing and restocking supplies
- Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas organized and clean
- Use only approved cleaning products and follow PPE safety guidelines
- Wash, dry, and care for housekeeping linens in a timely manner
