Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred
- Ability to follow safety regulations and protocols
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Physical capability to perform cleaning duties
Job Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of the principles of safe effective housekeeping practices within the state of employment
- Ability to be a team player to partner with other departments
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Maintain cleaning schedules for assigned area
- Coordinate routine terminal isolation procedures with nursing services
- Maintain knowledge of safety regulations policies and procedures and follow established safety procedures and precautions
- Report all unsafe hazardous conditions defective equipment etc. to supervisor immediately
- Honor the residents' personal and property rights
- File complaints grievances with supervisor in a timely fashion
