Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • physical ability to perform cleaning duties
  • ability to follow safety guidelines and use cleaning equipment properly
  • basic English proficiency
  • prior housekeeping experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience in housekeeping in hospitality, commercial, or residential settings preferred
  • ability to read, speak, and understand basic English
  • strong attention to detail
  • good interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences
  • adjust apartment cleaning to meet individual needs and expectations
  • clean residents’ apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule
  • perform deep cleaning of apartments after residents move out
  • clean and prepare model apartments and guest suites
  • keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming
  • maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas in a clean and organized way
  • use only approved cleaning products and tools
  • follow PPE safety guidelines
  • wash, dry, and care for housekeeping linens in a timely manner
