Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs
  • Ability to push and pull carts up to 50lbs
  • Availability to work full-time including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and use cleaning equipment properly
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs of weight
  • Ability to push and pull a cart up to 50lbs of weight
  • Full open availability including weekends and holidays
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures
  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds
  • Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms such as toiletries, towels, and linens
  • Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance issues or damage
  • Follow safety protocols and properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Adhere to procedures for handling lost and found items and guest belongings
  • Collaborate with other housekeeping team members and departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations
