Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
- Capacity to complete assignments thoroughly and on time
- Strong teamwork skills
- Polite and courteous behavior
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, grasp, push and pull for extended periods
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and carry heavy objects up to 20 feet
- Must wear designated uniform during work hours
- Maintain good personal hygiene
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean common living areas and resident apartments
- Oversee cleaning of the entire facility with emphasis on common areas and apartment bathrooms
- Complete maintenance request reports when needed
- Report damage or deterioration to housekeeping supervisor
- Operate laundry equipment when needed
- Use only approved cleaning products and ensure proper storage
- Clean office areas, dust window blinds, furniture, and bookshelves
- Vacuum common areas and resident apartments
- Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality
- Attend in-services and staff meetings
- Clean apartments at resident move-out
- Follow all policies regarding resident information release
