Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings is preferred, but will train
- Understands the practices surrounding the proper handling of biohazardous waste

- Understands the practices surrounding the proper handling of biohazardous waste
Job Duties
- Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor including bathrooms, kitchen, and vacuuming
- Empties and rinses wastebaskets as needed
- Washes inside of windows as needed
- Cleans all common areas including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, lobbies, and resident activity areas
- Maintains a clean and orderly laundry room
- Stores cleaning chemicals according to product or supervisor instructions
- Launders towels, bed linens, and resident laundry
