Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- experience cleaning residential or commercial settings is preferred but training will be provided
- understands the practices surrounding proper handling of biohazardous waste

Job Duties
- Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor
- cleans bathrooms including toilet bowl, sinks, bathtubs, and sterilizes floors
- wipes countertops and mirrors
- cleans kitchens by wiping counters, cleaning under objects, and mopping floors
- vacuums all exposed areas including edges
- empties and rinses wastebaskets as necessary
- washes inside of windows when needed
- cleans common areas such as elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units
- maintains a clean laundry room and stores chemicals according to product or supervisor instruction
