- At least 1 year of experience in a private or public housekeeping capacity i.e. hotel or personal home
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional
- Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time
- Strong customer service skills are required
