Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- experience working in a team environment preferably in hospitality
- ability to develop positive relationships with residents and team members
- willingness to learn and adhere to cleaning procedures
- availability to work Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- demonstrate respect, kindness, compassion, honesty and service excellence
- able to perform physical cleaning tasks
Job Qualifications
- know proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- have experience working in a team environment ideally in a hospitality setting
- experience in housekeeping is preferred but willing to train the right person
- have the ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers and the community
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Job Duties
- clean resident apartments, patios/decks and common areas
- share in making the community a beautiful place for residents to live
- serve a senior population ensuring resort quality standards of cleanliness
- uphold core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty and service excellence
- maintain attention to detail with cleaning tasks
- collaborate with team members to fulfill housekeeping duties
