Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- willingness to serve a senior population with kindness and respect
- ability to adhere to resort quality cleaning standards
- dependable and detail-oriented
- capable of working well within a team environment
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- experience working in a team environment ideally in a hospitality setting
- ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and the community
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- experience in housekeeping is preferred but training is provided for the right candidate
Job Duties
- make the community a beautiful place for residents to live
- clean resident apartments, patios, decks, and common areas
- serve a senior population ensuring resort quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- live by the core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
- collaborate with team members to maintain community standards
