Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred
- willingness to learn and undergo training
- understanding of biohazardous waste handling
- ability to work Sunday through Thursday 8 am to 4 pm

Job Duties
- Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor including bathrooms and kitchens
- wipes countertops and mirrors, sterilizes floors
- vacuums all exposed areas completely, including edges
- empties and rinses wastebaskets
- washes inside of windows as needed
- cleans all common areas including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units
- maintains a clean laundry room in an orderly manner and stores chemicals according to instruction
