Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- ability to meet community standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and laundry
- willingness to comply with vaccination and health requirements
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow safety and infection control protocols

Job Duties
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
- perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment
- maintain cleanliness in common areas and residents rooms
- assist team members with housekeeping duties as required
- ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
- interact respectfully and courteously with residents and staff
- report maintenance needs promptly
