Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to perform cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitation
- Experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Willingness to embody company core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Experience working in a team environment ideally in hospitality
- Experience in housekeeping preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and community
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Job Duties
- Ensure cleanliness of resident apartments, patios, decks, and common areas
- Maintain resort-quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Foster positive relationships with residents, peers, and the community
- Uphold core company values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
- Participate in team efforts to create a beautiful and welcoming community
