Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Availability to work full-time including Saturday through Wednesday 8 AM to 4 PM
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts
- Ability to interact positively with residents
- Willingness to work evenings and some weekends
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties

Job Duties
- Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in residents' homes common areas dining rooms and other locations in the community
- Perform cleaning duties adhering to approved department procedures
- Interact with residents daily providing courteous and respectful service
- Operate golf carts safely for transportation within the community
- Follow established schedules and complete assigned tasks within designated time frames
- Report maintenance needs or safety hazards to appropriate personnel
- Comply with all safety regulations and hygiene standards
