Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic knowledge of cleaning procedures
- ability to work monday through friday from 8am to 430pm
- willingness to work in a team environment
- ability to engage positively with senior residents
- reliable and responsible work ethic
Job Qualifications
- know proper cleaning procedures including dusting vacuuming mopping cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- experience working in a team environment ideally in a hospitality setting
- ability to develop positive relationships with residents peers and the community
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in housekeeping is preferred but not required as training is available
Job Duties
- clean resident apartments patios decks and common areas
- maintain resort quality standards of cleanliness
- ensure attention to detail in every task
- share in making the community beautiful for residents
- live by core values of respect kindness compassion honesty and service excellence
