Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- clear background check
- must speak English
- must be at least 21 years of age
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of proper cleaning procedures including dusting vacuuming mopping cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- experience working in a team environment ideally in hospitality
- ability to develop positive relationships with residents peers and the community
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Job Duties
- clean resident apartments patios decks and common areas
- ensure resort quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail for each resident
- share in making the community a beautiful place for residents to live
- live by the core values of respect kindness compassion honesty and service excellence
- develop positive relationships with residents peers and the community
- maintain proper cleaning procedures including dusting vacuuming mopping cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- assist team members to support community needs
