Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in housekeeping or a willingness to learn
- ability to work Monday through Friday from 8 00 am to 4 30 pm
- ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- know proper cleaning procedures including dusting vacuuming mopping cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- have experience working in a team environment ideally in hospitality
- experience in housekeeping is best but willing to train the right person
- ability to develop positive relationships with residents peers and community
- have a high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- clean resident apartments patios decks and common areas
- ensure resort quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- share in making the community a beautiful place for residents to live
- live by core values of respect kindness compassion honesty and service excellence
- serve a senior population with care and professionalism
