Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to develop positive relationships with residents peers and community
- experience in housekeeping preferred but not required
- knowledge of cleaning procedures including dusting vacuuming mopping and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- ability to work full-time Monday through Friday

- knowledge of proper cleaning procedures including dusting vacuuming mopping and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- experience working in a team environment ideally in hospitality
- ability to develop positive relationships with residents peers and community
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in housekeeping preferred but training provided

- ensure cleanliness of resident apartments patios decks and common areas
- maintain resort-quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- contribute to making community a beautiful place for residents
- build positive relationships with residents and team members
