Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders
  • Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties

  • Creating a clean and healthy environment across fitness areas, locker rooms, restrooms, and all high-touch surfaces
  • Supporting our early childhood center by maintaining a safe and sanitary space for children and staff
  • Restocking essential supplies such as paper goods, soaps, and sanitizers
  • Assisting with seasonal outdoor tasks like snow removal or lawn care
  • Reporting safety or maintenance concerns promptly
  • Being a friendly, respectful presence for all members, offering help and positive engagement as needed
