Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Creating a clean and healthy environment across fitness areas, locker rooms, restrooms, and all high-touch surfaces
- Supporting our early childhood center by maintaining a safe and sanitary space for children and staff
- Restocking essential supplies such as paper goods, soaps, and sanitizers
- Assisting with seasonal outdoor tasks like snow removal or lawn care
- Reporting safety or maintenance concerns promptly
- Being a friendly, respectful presence for all members, offering help and positive engagement as needed
